Right-click and uncheck Read-only in Properties.

Open the NVIDIA Control Panel , go to Change resolution > Customize , and create a new profile with 1400 horizontal pixels and 1050 vertical lines . Right-click and uncheck Read-only in Properties
A lower resolution typically results in reduced input delay , making building and editing feel more responsive and smooth. go to Change resolution > Customize
The game must be forced to use the new resolution via its .ini config file.
