: If the vehicle has a loan/lien less than 10 years old, you cannot get a bonded title unless you obtain a release of lien or "letter of no interest" from the lender.

: Statement of Fact for Bonded Title (Form VTR-130-SOF) . Required Fee : $15 administrative fee.

: The vehicle must have a frame, body, and motor (it does not need to be running). 2. Apply for Bonded Title Approval

: The vehicle must not be reported stolen, abandoned, or marked as "junked" or "non-repairable".
