113965

In the field of effective altruism and global health, is a "best guess" figure used by the organization GiveWell when calculating the real-world impact of malaria prevention programs.

Whether used as a celestial coordinate for an asteroid or a metric for saving lives in the DRC, serves as a vital data point across the sciences and humanitarian logistics. It represents the transition from raw data (nets shipped or objects spotted) to meaningful outcomes (nets used or orbits tracked).

It takes approximately 5.67 years to complete one revolution around the Sun. Its orbit is relatively stable and does not pose a threat to Earth. 113965

In the Meydenbauer Bay Park Phasing Report , 113965 is associated with specific planning documentation and budget appendices for the expansion of this major park in Bellevue, Washington.

It is categorized as a Main-belt Asteroid , orbiting the Sun between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. In the field of effective altruism and global

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), for every 180,896 insecticide-treated nets distributed, researchers estimate that only 113,965 (roughly 63%) actually end up being used by residents.

In minor league baseball, "113965" is used as a digital identifier for news regarding Luke Fox , a pitcher in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization who was named the Texas League Pitcher of the Week in April 2026. Summary of Impact It takes approximately 5

The number also appears in specific municipal and developmental reports:

The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC) confirmed the names of elements 113, 115, 117, and 118 as:

This followed a 5-month period of public review after which the names earlier proposed by the discoverers were approved by IUPAC.

On 1 May 2014 a paper published in Phys. Rev. Lett by J. Khuyagbaatar and others states the superheavy element with atomic number Z = 117 (ununseptium) was produced as an evaporation residue in the 48Ca and 249Bk fusion reaction at the gas-filled recoil separator TASCA at GSI Darmstadt, Germany. The radioactive decay of evaporation residues and their α-decay products was studied using a detection setup that allows measurement of decays of single atomic nuclei with very short half-lives. Two decay chains comprising seven α-decays and a spontaneous fission each were identified and assigned to the isotope 294Uus (element 117) and its decay products.
